This dual occupancy development was conceived to provide multi-level living to meet the needs of two young families. Located on a busy street, the design balances its northerly aspect with the need for controlled privacy from its public frontage.
Considered planning of the interior spaces invites natural light deep into the south-facing living areas throughout the day. The robust external material palette in combination with the use of natural interior finishes brings warmth and function to this coastal development.
